Chief Executive Officer; Prior to founding VCIMCO, Nancy was the founder of OBIR LLC, an advisory business for institutional investors. She served as a Senior Advisor at Lombard Odier Investment Management, Managing Director and head of U.S. fiduciary management at BlackRock, CEO of General Motors Asset Management and held multiple positions at Virginia Retirement System over the course of 26 years.

Chief Investment Officer; Bruce brings to VCIMCO prior experience working at two endowments, Columbia University and the University of Virginia.

Chief Operating Officer; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Michael was the Director of Treasury Services at VCU Health System Authority.

Managing Director; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Phil was an Associate at Mangham Associates where his responsibilities included manager evaluation and client service.

Vice President of Administration; Prior to joining VCIMCO in 2017, Lucas was the Accounting Manager for Virginia Repertory Theatre. In October 2019 Lucas was appointed Deputy Director for the Virginia Commission for the Arts where he would serve until November 2021. Upon leaving public service, Lucas returned to VCIMCO.

Vice President of Investments; Prior to her current position, Sarah was an intern at VCIMCO and undergraduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Analyst; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Zach served as the VCU Student Managed Investment Portfolio (SMIP) President. SMIP is a student-led organization which manages an equity portfolio for the VCU School of Business.

Analyst; Prior to joining full-time, Jeff interned with VCIMCO for two years. Jeff graduated from VCU with a B.S. in Finance in 2023 and was honored with the Distinguished Service Award from the School of Business Department of Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate.

Operations Analyst; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Jacob worked in the Emerging Markets Fund Management group at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC.
