Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer; Bruce brings to VCIMCO prior experience working at two endowments, Columbia University and the University of Virginia.

Chief Operating Officer; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Michael was the Director of Treasury Services at VCU Health System Authority.

Managing Director; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Phil was an Associate at Mangham Associates where his responsibilities included manager evaluation and client service.

Director; Prior to joining VCIMCO, Marilyn was a Director at University of Virginia Investment Management Company.

Vice President of Administration; Prior to joining VCIMCO in 2017, Lucas was the Accounting Manager for Virginia Repertory Theatre. In October 2019 Lucas was appointed Deputy Director for the Virginia Commission for the Arts where he would serve until November 2021. Upon leaving public service, Lucas returned to VCIMCO.

Vice President of Investments; Prior to her current position, Sarah was an intern at VCIMCO and undergraduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Analyst; Prior to joining full-time, Jeff interned with VCIMCO for two years. Jeff graduated from VCU with a B.S. in Finance in 2023 and was honored with the Distinguished Service Award from the School of Business Department of Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate.
